A technical writer is a specialist who creates accompanying documentation for programs and technology. The development and implementation of new products (information systems, devices, home appliances, machines) require writing a huge number of documents at all stages of the work: developing terms of reference, preparing presentations for technical specialists, creating manuals for users and system administrators, instructions for assembly and operation, product descriptions for patenting, etc. Documentation needs to be not only written, but also kept up to date with the release of new versions of the product.
